The Suhoor Bonus Data is available for Hala Super, Flexi, Data, or Voice with QR 40 or above recharges.
The offer is not applicable on Hala Credit recharges.
Suhoor Bonus Data is to be used only between 10:00 PM till 5:00 AM on each day of claim.
Offer is valid from 26 February 2025 till 30 March 2025.
To use daily Suhoor data, customer should claim the bonus for each day desired to use the bonus within the validity of recharge by clicking on the promo banner in the Ooredoo App.
Customers can only claim the bonus daily within the validity of the eligible recharge. In case customer recharges with another eligible recharge during the promotional period, the offer will extend until the expiry of the second recharge subject to the validity of the offer.
A total of 15 GB can be claimed during the promo period as per the below scenario:
500 MB X 30 Days = 15 GB
Suhoor Bonus Data is only available for use within Qatar and not available for roaming data usage.
Bonus data cannot be transferred between numbers on the same account.
The offer will conclude on 30 March 2025 for all customers, irrespective of the remaining validity of recharge.

Starting February 26, 2025, the standard data for Super 40 will increase from 3 GB to 4 GB.
Effective February 26, 2025, the validity period for Hala Super 40 and above will be adjusted to 28 days.
Starting from November 5, 2024, adjustments will be made to the prices of the Visitor plans as outlined below:
Visitor plan Go will be 65 QR instead of 50 QR,
Visitor Plus will be 100 QR instead of 65 QR,.
With effect from 30th Oct 2024, the credit/line validity will be revised. The new credit/line validity would be as follows:
Credit recharge of 10 to 99 – 30 days
Credit recharge of 100 and above– 90 days
All the non-credit recharges (bundle packs) would continue to offer the credit/line validity as per pack validity.
All the “Add On” packs will not offer any line validity.

All calls are charged per minute with a minimum call charge of one minute.
All SMS are charged per message part (e.g. If you send a 2-part message you will be charged for 2 SMS).
Calls or SMS to premium numbers are charged at the premium rate for that service.
Premium charge numbers include 5 or 7 digit numbers that start with 92.

After the validity of Hala credit expires, the number will remain in grace period for 179 days and will be
able to receive calls/SMS and outgoing services will be barred including data access.
All types of unused credit and any unused allowance from your packs or cards will be removed as soon as credit
validity expires and Hala number enters grace period of 179 days.
The Hala line can be re-activated, by topping up with any Hala recharge within grace period. The unused credit
and allowance removed at the start of grace period will not be refunded even if recharge is done.
The Hala line will be de-activated after expiry of grace period and Hala number will be made available to
other customers immediately after Hala line termination and previous owner cannot request for reinstating the
same service number again in any case.

The credit validity with Hala credit recharge of QR 11 & above will be revised to 180 days with effect from 6th December 2023.
Effective 7th of June 2024 the pay-as-you-go international call rates for 108 countries will be revised & changed,

There will be no changes on the price for countries keys service such as India Key, Pakistan Key …..
There will be no changes on the price or minutes with Dawli Cards
The price change will apply only on minutes consumed Pay as you go minutes outside Dawli bundle or County Key service.
