• Data Booster will  a 3 month promotion valid from 26th February till 25th May, 2025
• Data Boosters will only be available to customers that have purchased any of the Super 40 and above products.
• Customers will be able to purchase the data Booster pack within the validity of the Super 40 & above pack purchased .
• Data Boosters will only be available on Ooredoo App for purchase .

Effective 13th Feb 2025, the existing Flexi portfolio will be removed from all channels and will be replaced with a new Flexi Portfolio which will have following Benefits

Revised Flexi Tariff will be as follows :

• 1 Minute Local Call = 1 Point
• 1 Local / Intl SMS = 1 Point
• 14 MB Local data = 1 Point
• 1 Minute Call to India & Bangladesh = 1 point
• 1 Minute Call to Pakistan & Philippines = 3 Point
• 1 Minute Call to Nepal, Sri Lanka , Egypt , Kenya , Kuwait , Baharain , Oman , Saudi Arabia , UAE = 5 Points

15% Bonus Benefit on Flexi points will be applicable on digital recharge of QR 65 & above .

• Starting 26 February 2025, the validity period for Data 200 will be revised to 28 days.

• Starting 23 February 2025, Night data and Bonus Local minutes on all Super recharge products will not be available.

Effective Feb 26, 2025, the Country Bonus minutes to Nepal in the Super recharge products and Nepal Dawli Value Offer be revised as following

• Hala Super 40 | Country Bonus Minutes to Nepal – 10 Minutes
• Hala Super 65 | Country Bonus Minutes to Nepal – 25 Minutes
• Hala Super 125 | Country Bonus Minutes to Nepal- 45 Minutes
• Dawli Pack (QR 10) | 12 Minutes for Nepal
• Nepal Dawli Value Offer (QR 20) | 25 Minutes

• Effective February 26, 2025, the validity period for Hala voice 40 and above will be adjusted to 28 days.

• Effective February 26, 2025, the validity period for Flexi 40 and above will be adjusted to 28 days.

• Effective February 26, 2025, Endless data will no longer be available with the Super 40 recharge

• Effective February 26, 2025, the validity period for Hala Super 40 and above will be adjusted to 28 days.

• Effective November 22nd, 2024, customers recharge  with Super 40 will receive 3 GB night data bundle & 50 extra local minutes
• Customers recharge with super 65 & above will receive 5 GB night data bundle & 100 extra local minutes

Starting from November 5, 2024, adjustments will be made to the prices of the Visitor plans as outlined below:

• Visitor plan Go will be 65 QR instead of 50 QR,
• Visitor Plus will be 100 QR instead of 65 QR,.

Starting 15 November 2024, Minutes to Sudan in Dawli recharge products will be revised as per below table

With effect from 30th Oct 2024, the credit/line validity will be revised. The new credit/line validity would be as follows:

• Credit recharge of 10 to 99 – 30 days
• Credit recharge of 100 and above– 90 days

All the non-credit recharges (bundle packs) would continue to offer the credit/line validity as per pack validity.

All the “Add On” packs will not offer any line validity.

• Starting 22nd Oct 2024. QR35 recharge denomination will no longer be available. This means the following products will be discontinued:
  
  • Super 35
  • Data 35
  • FLEXI 35

• Starting 22nd Sep 2024;Super QR40 would offer endless data at 128kbps

• Starting 22nd Sep 2024; Endless data will not be available on Super 35 recharge. Customers can continue to use internet using standard pay as you go rate.

• Effective 1st August 2024 the Hala pay-as-you-go roaming calling and data rates will be revised for selected countries, for more information on the applicable countries and operators and revised roaming rates please click here

• Effective 25th of July 2024 the pay-as-you-go local call rate will be revised to QR 0.75 per minute.

• The credit validity with Hala credit recharge of QR 11 & above will be revised to 180 days with effect from 6th December 2023.

• QR30 & QR60 Flexi recharge and pack will be discontinued effective from 30th April 2024
• QR30 & QR60 Data recharge will be discontinued effective from 30th April 2024

• Effective from 1st May’2024, bonus data of 250 MB with Flexi 10 recharges & packs will be discontinued. Customers will continue to enjoy the regular benefit of 70 Flexi points valid for 3 days with every recharge of Flexi QR 10.

Effective 7th of June 2024 the pay-as-you-go international call rates for 108 countries will be revised & changed, for more information on the countries list & new prices please click here

Terms & conditions

• There will be no changes on the price for countries keys service such as India Key, Pakistan Key …..
• There will be no changes on the price or minutes with Dawli Cards
• The price change will apply only on minutes consumed Pay as you go minutes outside Dawli bundle or County Key service.
