What do I get with the Shahid offer?
Eligible customers shall receive a subscription to Shahid that can be viewed on 5 devices all at once in high definition (HD) when available.
Which Ooredoo customers qualify for the offer?
Ooredoo ONE:
New and existing customers on any of the Ooredoo ONE plans are eligible for the Shahid offer.
Mobile:
New and existing Ooredoo customers on any of the 5G plans (Qatarna 5G, Shahry 5G or 5G Data SIM) are eligible for the Shahid.
Can I redeem more than one benefit at a time with my 5G Mobile plan?
No, you can only redeem one benefit at a time, so if you subscribe to the Shahid benefit, you will lose your other benefit subscriptions.
Can I redeem more than one benefit at a time with my Ooredoo ONE plan?
Yes, you will be able to enjoy the benefits provided all at once.
How can I get the Shahid offer?
Eligible customers can redeem the offer through the Ooredoo App or the web self-care portal. If you are on an ineligible plan, you can change your plan through the Ooredoo App.
If I have more than one service from Ooredoo which is eligible for the Shahid offer, can I use them on the Shahid account?
If a customer has more than one service from Ooredoo which is eligible for the subscription, they will not be able to add it to the same account, but they may redeem it against a new account that they will need to create when redeeming the subscription.
Do I need to create a new Shahid account or I can use my current one?
Yes,the Shahid offer can only be activated on new Shahid accounts.
If you are already a Shahid subscriber, then you will need to cancel your current subscription in order to use your email/username. Once done, you can redeem your free Shahid subscription from Ooredoo.
