How to Earn Nojoom Points

Present your QR code or Nojoom membership number to the cashier at Tawfeeq Travel upon checkout.
A staff member will scan your QR code or note your Nojoom membership ID to add points to your account. Please retain your receipt for any retrospective claims.
Points will be credited to your account within 14 days of purchase. Receipts are accepted up to 30 days from the purchase date.

How to Redeem Nojoom Points

Open the Ooredoo website or mobile app to redeem points for Tawfeeq Travel vouchers.
Visit a Tawfeeq Travel branch to use the redeemed voucher.
A dedicated staff member will be available to validate the voucher.
Once validated, the voucher amount can be used towards purchases at Tawfeeq Travel.
