For a Customer to exchange their QIIB Points, they will be required to access the Internet Banking Portal at https://ib.qiib.com.qa/ebank/ or Mobile Banking Application where they can view their QIIB Points account and choose to exchange their QIIB Points.

Once you’ve successfully converted your QIIB points, Nojoom points will be credited to your Nojoom account within a maximum of 7 calendar days.
