Qatar Red Crescent (QRC), the first volunteer charity organization in Qatar, was established in Doha – Qatar, in March 3rd, 1978, to assist vulnerable social groups through the dissemination and activation of the principles of human dignity, preparation for disasters before they occur and responding to them after they occur to alleviate their harms and the provision of services and health and social care.
