All Nojoom members will earn 1 Nojoom Point for every QR 1 spent at Kingdom Travel Services.

Here is how it works

  • Upon reservation and payment at King Travel Services, member must inform staff that he/she is a Nojoom member
  • Staff member will ask for the QR code or membership ID number to be entered in the system. If the member doesn’t have his/her QR code or membership ID number with him/her, the member must bring it along with the invoice up to 45 days from the day the purchase was made to earn Nojoom Points.
  • The member will receive the stamped invoice with the membership ID number to keep it in case of any retro claims

Terms and conditions

  • Extra passengers are allowed the maximum of 1 luggage and 1 hand luggage each, which is included in the price of £130.
  • Extra luggage will be charged on the rate of £8 per luggage.
  • Service is non-refundable 72h notice is required if they wish to cancel or change details, they can do any time before the 72h

How to Redeem

  • Nojoom members will visit Nojoom website to make the redemption.
  • Members to redeem for the services for either departure or arrival meet & greet.
  • Members to send an email to: [email protected] and provide the following:
    • Voucher number Copy of passports for all passengers.
    • Flights details, Flight number and the date of traveling.
    • How many luggage including hand luggage.
    • Telephone numbers to be able to contact.

Then the process will be as follows for both arrival or departure:

  • Arrival:
    • Nojoom members will be met from the Aircraft Gate by a team member, security cleared, dedicated multilingual experienced agent.
    • Guided effortlessly through all official processes.
    • Assisted with baggage, if the luggage exceeds the stated amount per voucher the passenger will be charged an excess amount of £130 per extra passenger or £8 per extra luggage to be paid to the agent.
    • The chauffer will be waiting at the arrival spot and will help them with luggage, they will drive the passengers to the agreed destination Central London Zone 1 and Zone 2 including the following post codes, W1, W2, W3, W4, SW1, SW2, SW3, SW4, SW5, SW6, SW7, SW8, SW9, SW10, SW11, SW12, SW13, SW14, SW15.
  • Departure:
    • Chauffer will collect from Zone 1 or Zone 2 including only all mentioned post code back to London Heathrow all terminals.
    • Curb side check-in.
    • Agent will meet with passengers at the Chauffeur vehicle.
    • Assisted with baggage if the luggage exceeds the stated amount per voucher the passenger will be charged an excess amount of £130 per extra passenger or £8 per extra luggage to be paid to the agent.
    • Passengers will be swiftly guided through all official procedures, help is offered with VAT return.
