Here is how it works

• Nojoom Members visit Johara al Mana branch.
• Upon payment, member must inform staff that he/she is a Nojoom member.
• Staff member will ask for the QR code or membership ID number to be entered in the system.
• Members to receive the Nojoom Points within 14 days from the date of transaction. Receipts are accepted up to 30 days after the day of purchase.

How to Redeem

• Nojoom members will visit the Ooredoo website or mobile app to make the redemption for Johara al Mana.
• Members to visit Johara al Mana branch and a dedicated person on the floor will be available to validate the vouchers for Nojoom Members.
