Terms and Conditions

• For every QR 50 spent in-store at Family Food Centre branches, customers will be entitled to 1 e-raffle coupon.
• The promotion is valid from 26 September 2024 to 25 December 2024.
• The last date to issue coupons will be 25 December 2024.
• This offer is open to all Family Food Centre customers (except employees and relatives or Family Food Centre and associate companies).
• Cash in lieu of prizes will not be offered.
• Prizes are not transferrable, exchangeable, or replaceable at Family Food Club.
• Offer available for in-store purchases only; online transactions are not eligible.
• Winners will be selected via online raffle draws on 31 October 2024, 12 December 2024, and 26 December 2024.
• The rewards are valid only for Nojoom members. Customers must have a Nojoom-registered Ooredoo mobile number to claim their rewards.
• Winners must claim their prizes within 90 days of the draw date.
• All winners must provide of all necessary documents including their valid Qatar ID or passport while collecting their prizes.
