Landline Calling Service

Caller Line ID is a service that allows you to see the telephone number of whoever is calling, along with the date and time of the call. A one-time set-up fee of QR 50 is charged with a monthly charge of QR 15.

The Call Waiting service allows you to receive a second call when you are already on the line with someone. You will be informed by a call waiting tone which indicates that another call is waiting. A one-time set-up fee of QR 50 is charged with a monthly charge of QR 8.

Conference Calling is a service that enables you to talk to more than one person at the same time. Up to three people can be joined in one call. A one-time set-up fee of QR 50 is charged with a monthly charge of QR 8.


To make a Conference Call:

  • Dial party 1 from your Landline telephone.
  • When party 1 answers, tap the call termination button on your Landline telephone. (The call termination button is the button your handset rests on when the phone is not being used.) Do not hold down this button as this will terminate the call!
  • Dial party 2.
  • Once party 2 answers, press 3.

The Call Forward service enables you to divert your calls to any phone number for a monthly charge of QR 25

  • To use the service, dial *11 followed by the number you want to divert your phone to.
  • To cancel the service, dial #11.
  • When activated, you will pay your standard call cost for diverting calls to another number.
