  • Visit an Ooredoo shop with Business Desks at the following branches.
  • Send an email to [email protected].
  • Call Business Customer Care at 800 8000.

Required documents: Company Registration (CR), Establishment ID, and QID/passport of the authorised signatory.

  • Account Manager: Contact your assigned Account Manager. If you don’t have their contact information, call Business Customer Care at 800 8000.
  • My Ooredoo Portal: Use the My Ooredoo online self-service portal (https://www.ooredoo.qa/web/en/business) for 24/7 support and faster service with less paperwork.
  • Email: Send your request to [email protected]. You will receive an email confirmation with a service request number to track your request.
  • Ooredoo Shop: Visit an Ooredoo shop with Business Service Desks for assistance from a specialised agent.
