The business-to-business functionalities on Ooredoo’s newly upgraded Ooredoo App now give B2B customers greater choice and flexibility.

The innovative new service enhancement allows customers to make an Add-on purchase directly, with flexible payment options. Customers can add further Add-ons to their allowance using a simple activation process, easily and immediately completed using self-service payment via the Ooredoo App.

This change to the App allows direct Add-on purchases, meaning that enterprises can tailor their business plans to their precise needs. Simply log into the Ooredoo App using a One-Time Passcode (OTP). From here let the intuitive customer interface guide you through the process.

The Aamali Ring-Back Tone service enables you to use customised audio messages instead of a standard call-progress tone when your Aamali Mobile line is called.

Your customers and partners could hear company announcements, advertisements, offers or promotions while awaiting your response - because you can now set your call-progress message to be heard at the start of incoming calls to your business lines.

Each Aamali Mobile line using the feature will be charged at only QAR 5 per month.

  • The monthly bundles/packs of the Aamali Mobile plans offering local units, international minutes, roaming receiving or roaming outgoing minutes, provide complete cost control, which means that whenever any allowance is consumed, the subscriber will not be able to use the specific service and pay standard out-of-bundle rates. Activation of additional packs, that will enable controlled communication again, can be performed only by the business administrator, directly through the My Ooredoo Business Portal.
  • The monthly bundles/packs of the Aamali Mobile plans offering local data or roaming data, provide complete cost control, which means that whenever any allowance is consumed, speed throttling is automatically activated to avoid uncontrolled costs. Activation of a data add-on will enable the speed restoration until the end of the billing month. Activation of an additional pack can be performed by the business administrator directly through the My Ooredoo Business Portal or requested by the user from Ooredoo App.
  • Unlimited local data allowance in Aamali Mobile 750 and Aamali Mobile 1000 is subject to a Fair Usage Policy of 500 GB per month.
  • Unlimited local units for Aamali Mobile plans 250, 300, 500, 750 and 1000 is subject to a Fair Usage Policy of 20,000 units per month.
  • Unlimited Favourite Numbers for Aamali Mobile plans 150 and 200 is subject to a Fair Usage Policy of 20,000 units per month.
  • Unlimited Business Group for Aamali Mobile plans is subject to a Fair Usage Policy of 20,000 units per month.
  • Fair Usage Policy: The unlimited allowances are offered for reasonable use only.
  • International minutes included in Aamali Mobile 90, 150, 200, 250, 300, 500, 750 and 1000 plans are valid for 121 countries. Please check the list of countries below:
  • Aamali Mobile plan basic allowances that have not been fully consumed by the end of the bill cycle will be carried over for one bill cycle. If unused they will expire at the end of the second bill cycle.
  • All premium rate numbers and satellite numbers shall not be considered, and they will be charged separately and at normal calling charge.
  • For Aamali Mobile, the generic Terms & Conditions of Aamali Mobile apply.
  • All Aamali add-ons are available in 2 options - Recurring and One-time. Recurring add-ons are valid for bill cycle and one-time add-ons are valid for 30 days from the date of activation.
  • iPay enables customers to purchase all one-time add-ons via the Ooredoo App with additional payment methods such as ‘Pay by Debit Card’, ‘Pay by Credit Card’ and ‘Pay by Secure Pay (international cards)’. All payments made via Debit Card, Credit Card or Secure Pay transactions are not added to the bill and are non-refundable.
  • Customers subscribed to Aamali 250, Aamali 300, Aamali 500, Aamali 750 and Aamali 1000 will receive a complimentary Urban Point subscription and enjoy thousands of “Buy 1, Get 1” offers across Qatar, renewed every month.
