Terms & Conditions

• The promotion is only available for Hala prepaid customers.
• The promotional period is 15 July to 26 August 2024, and the draws will be held on 24 July, 7 August and 28
  August 2024.
• All Hala customers who recharge their account are automatically eligible to participate in this lucky draw
  promotion by clicking on the banner in the Ooredoo App Personal Offers section.
• Customer should click on the banner and accept the offer only after recharging to be part of the draw.
• Customer will not be part of the draw in case customer registers without recharging.
• In case customer has done a recharge and did not click on the banner to register, customer will not be part of
  the draw.
• Once customer is registered, any recharge done after that will also count as a winning chance.
• A total of six QR10,000 cash prize winners will be selected through a random raffle draw in the presence of the
  Ministry of Commerce & Industry.
• Two customers will be selected on 24 July 2024.
• Three customers will be selected on 7 August 2024.
• One customer will be selected on 28 August 2024.
• Customers will receive an SMS upon recharge on details how to participate in the draw.
• Recharges can be completed via any channel.
• Winners will be informed via SMS and call from Ooredoo.
• An individual mobile number can only win once during the entire promotional period. If the same mobile number is
  selected twice, the raffle draw will be conducted again, and another qualified random winner will be selected.
• By participating in the draw, you consent for your photos to be used in Ooredoo social media channels for winner
  announcement purposes.
• On being selected for the prize, the customer must come to Ooredoo’s office in person along with the mobile
  number which was used for the recharge, their QID and bank IBAN letter to begin the process of crediting their
  prize. The time and date of prize collection will be shared with customers via call and SMS.
• The cash prize will be credited to the customer’s bank account provided their QID details matches the account.
• Customers should collect their prize within the specified period. Failure to collect will lead to forfeiture of
  the prize.
• Ooredoo reserves the right to discontinue or amend the promotion during the promotion window after informing
  customers in a timely fashion after MOCI approval.
